Returns and Exchanges:


We do not accept returns. However, we strive to provide a convenient replacement or exchange process. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in new, unopened condition, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Exceptions include sale items and gift cards.


Initiating a Replacement:


If you need to initiate a replacement or exchange, please contact us via email at rasa@phoenixrisingdiopowder.com within four weeks of purchase. I will provide you with an exchange mailing label and detailed instructions on how to proceed. Please note that replacement must have prior authorization to be processed.


Damaged Items:


Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect the items. If you discover any faults or damages or receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately with proof of the issue. I will promptly investigate and work to resolve the matter.
